Our story
We built the home base Oklahoma was missing.
We watched patients bounce between specialists, urgent care centers, and ERs — not because they lacked access to care, but because they lacked a home base. A provider who knew their name, their history, and their goals. A place where the front desk recognized their voice on the phone.
We built Dynamic Physician Group on the idea that compassion and clinical skill aren't opposites. Oklahoma needed a primary care option grounded in those values. Not a revolving-door clinic. Not an urgent care center in a box. A real practice, with a real relationship.
That's why Dynamic Physician Group exists: to be that place. A provider who's present, a team that cares, and a plan built around you.

Jeanie Loper, M.D.
Owner & Physician
Dr. Loper has an extensive background in long-term care. She is a caring physician dedicated to providing exceptional, patient-centered care to individuals of all ages, with a special passion for advocating for the healthcare needs, dignity, and quality of life of older adults.
Brent Byers, APRN
Owner & Advanced Practice Provider
Brent brings advanced practice credentials across family medicine, adult-gerontology, wound care, and emergency medicine — a rare combination of clinical breadth and compassionate leadership.
